I’m Hojat Rahimi a singer, composer, music arranger, and producer based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Born in Ahvaz, Iran, with Afghan heritage, I grew up surrounded by rich musical traditions from Iran, Afghanistan, and Central Asia. These cultural roots have deeply shaped my artistic identity and continue to influence my sound.
My work focuses on blending traditional folk music with modern production, creating instrumental and vocal pieces that combine emotional depth with contemporary arrangements. I am active both as a performing artist and as a music producer, working on original songs, instrumental projects, and artistic collaborations.
As the founder of Sorood Production, I produce, compose, arrange, and develop music for recordings, live performances, events, and visual projects. My approach is rooted in authenticity, cultural respect, and high-quality production, aiming to create music that connects across borders and generations.
